ICE : Removing sex offenders.

When you read the case examples of serious offenders, it’s hard to comprehend why any politicians oppose measures to target this offense type.

ICE has long had successful programs to remove sexual predators. The sheer number of sexual predator cases is staggering.

“In FY 19, HSI initiated 4,224 child exploitation cases resulting in 3,771 criminal arrests, and identified or rescued 1,066 victims — an increase of nearly 18% over FY 18 and reflecting HSI’s firm commitment to ending these heinous crimes against children, wherever they occur.”

“On Sept. 9, 2018, after years of contentious litigation and attempts to obstruct justice, Andrew Franklin Kowalczyk, 44, formerly of Portland, Oregon, was sentenced to 270 years in federal prison…for the repeated sexual abuse, exploitation and torture of three young children”

Donald Trump was well known for his stance and progress against child sexual abuse. Ivanka spoke about his work at the 2020 Republican National Convention. The 2017 Trafficking in Persons Report details global law enforcement efforts, the sheer scale of the numbers is staggering.

Sensible people would expect all governments would actively seek to end this problem. The State department and others actively support National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month, Donald Trump issued proclamations against Human Trafficking in 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018. Before Trump, Obama issued similar proclamations in 2017, 2016 etc.

Under Bidens administration, a freeze on deportations has been ordered.

Nobody should be under any illusion where Bidens priorities lie. The processes for arrests, verification of evidence, court procedures, convictions and appeals are excessively generous. Worse, is knowing the Sanctuary policies of many cities/states actively obstructs ICE from deporting illegal aliens. A sane person would expect any and all illegal aliens arrested during law enforcement would be identified and deported regardless of their level of crime. Oddly enough, otherwise credible people launch sophisticated arguments against deportation.
